  2. Beautiful imagery. I felt inside your small stones piece.
    As to your discussion with Michael — I wonder how women managed before we were “allowed” to wear shorts, short skirts, and bath suits when the weather heated up!
    Even as a kid, we still seemed to wear a lot more — like icky, scratchy crinolines!
    Here, it’s been so much warmer than normal, talking about air conditioning in January doesn’t sound as silly as it might other wise.
    “Thirty-degrees+ above normal Christmas Eve/Christmas Day,” she notes. “Still haven’t gotten my box of winter outdoor stuff down from the attic.”

      Thank you 🙂 yes… it must have been rough on women in the past… probably why people carried smelling salts around all the time. Here’s hoping you get some winter weather soon 🙂
